Sales / Technical Training

This three-day program will cover principle of operation, features and benefits, competitor comparisons, and selection (including ‘Which Technology’ by application) for all current technologies, including:

• Electric Steam – NH Series including NHEL, NHRS, MES2, and RH2
• Gas-fired – The GS Series
• AirFog – AFE/Octo/Mini, HP HVAC (High-Pressure In-duct), MH Series
• LiveSteam – LS Series, SE Series, and SAM-e
• New HELP web based program
• Remote monitoring including Links XPS (for BMS) and OnLine (web access)

Service Training

This three-day course will cover principle of operation, site management, and hands-on service troubleshooting. This portion is not structured for sales only personnel.

Sessions are three days in duration and are conducted at Nortec's main office and manufacturing facility in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. We ask that you arrive the night before the course since activities begin at 7:30 am. Please plan your departure after 5:00 p.m. on the third day. Please note that a valid passport will be required for entry in to Canada.

While you are our guest, hotel room costs will be paid by Nortec for the days of the seminar. Nortec also extends an invitation for you to be our dinner guest on the first night of training at one of Ottawa’s finest restaurants. Transportation to and from Ottawa, restaurant expenses (including room service), bar bills, telephone charges, extra night’s etc. must be covered by the Agent.
